Ribbon Vase

A slab building clay workshop

Join us to create a ribbon vase from stoneware clay!

This is a great introductory workshop to working with slabs. While the process is simple, the result is an elegant, curving form that you can fill with flowers or utensils. It can be a unique decorative piece and also looks cute in a craft setting.

You can also customize your vase by carving designs into the surface.

VIBE:

Our cozy worktables provide the perfect setting to relax and get into your creative while enjoying a cup of tea.

FIRING AND PICK UP:

Once you are complete, choose your glaze option and leave it with us to fire. After a few weeks, return to pick up your finished piece. We work with mid-fire stoneware and your piece will be dishwasher and microwave-safe.

ROGUE OPTIONS:

Use your slab to create a tray instead!

AGE:

This workshop is suitable for ages 12 to 100, minors must be accompanied by a participating adult.

To ensure a quality experience for all registered participants, our workshops are designed for those who have signed up in advance. Please note that extra guests are not permitted to attend or observe the workshop unless they have registered themselves. This includes children—our workshops cannot accommodate unregistered minors. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity and focus of our sessions.
