Pinch Pot Mug at Utepils

Join us for this workshop at Utepils Brewing as part of our summer brewery series!

Come join us in the beautiful beer garden at Utepils Brewing for a delightful workshop on creating your very own pinch pot mug! Perfect for any time of year and unique to your own style and comfort.

Using one of the earliest techniques to form clay, you'll get your hands dirty and experience the joy of molding and shaping clay with your fingers.

Please Note:

*Long nails are not recommended for the pinch pot technique.

🏺 Pick up pieces at Dame Errant Clay once they are fired.

FIRING AND PICK UP:

Once you are complete, choose your glaze option and we will bring it back to Dame Errant to fire. After a few weeks, come to Dame Errant to pick up your piece! Firing updates go out in our newsletter, and you will get automated emails that will remind you to check if your piece is done, and a week before the 8 week cut off. 

AGE:

This workshop is suitable for ages 16 to 100, minors must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Registration and Attendance Policy:

To ensure a quality experience for all registered participants, our workshops are designed for those who have signed up in advance. Please note that extra guests are not permitted to attend or observe the workshop unless they have registered themselves. This includes children—our workshops cannot accommodate unregistered minors. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity and focus of our sessions.

ROGUE OPTIONS:

If you don’t need any more mugs, consider using the pinch pot technique to make a little match bowl, snack bowl, or trinket dish.
