Ornament Making

Join us for this workshop at Lake Monster Brewing as part of our winter brewery series!

Come join us at Dame Errant for a delightful workshop on creating your very own ornaments!

Students can make up to three ornaments from the clay slab provided and embellish them with their own carving. Underglazes will also be provided to add color or paint a design.

FIRING AND PICK UP:

Once you’re finished, you’ll choose a glaze option and we’ll transport your piece back to Dame Errant to be glazed and fired. You’ll receive automated email reminders when your piece is ready, as well as a heads-up one week before the 8-week pickup window ends. Firing updates are also shared in our newsletter.

AGE:

This workshop is suitable for ages 12 to 100, minors must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Registration and Attendance Policy:

To ensure a quality experience for all registered participants, our workshops are designed for those who have signed up in advance. Please note that extra guests are not permitted to attend or observe the workshop unless they have registered themselves. This includes children—our workshops cannot accommodate unregistered minors. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity and focus of our sessions.

ROGUE OPTIONS:

Ornaments don’t have to be holiday themed! You can create a clay ornament with any theme or to commemorate any occasion to hang on a wall rather than a tree. You could also create a simple clay dish from the slab provided.
