Creature Figure Unicorns - Pride Edition!
A hand-building clay workshop
Calling all queers (and allies!) - come and craft your very own unicorn to celebrate Pride Month with fellow queer creator, Nyx, of Liminal Pottery! They will guide you through a step-by-step process to show you how to create your unicorn out of a clay tube.
Participants will also be able to paint their creations with underglazes in fantastic rainbow colors!
You may also use this technique to create any 4-legged creature from reality or your imagination, if unicorns are not your jam. Or go totally rogue and build your creature into an incense burner or creature bowl.
All supplies will be provided. Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little clay on.
You will leave your piece to be glazed and fired at Dame Errant.
VIBE:
Our cozy worktables provide the perfect setting to relax and get into your creative while enjoying a cup of tea.
FIRING AND PICK UP:
Once you are complete, choose your glaze option and leave it with us to fire. After a few weeks, return to pick up your finished piece. We work with mid-fire stoneware and your piece will be dishwasher and microwave-safe.
AGE:
This workshop is suitable for ages 13 to 100, minors must be accompanied by a participating adult.

To ensure a quality experience for all registered participants, our workshops are designed for those who have signed up in advance. Please note that extra guests are not permitted to attend or observe the workshop unless they have registered themselves. This includes children—our workshops cannot accommodate unregistered minors. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity and focus of our sessions.
